Applied a fix for the problem, we’re monitoring the situation
SumUp services have returned to normal. Logging in to the web dashboard is working again.

An issue has been identified, we’re looking into it
There’s currently an issue with the SumUp web dashboard. When logging in, an error "Couldn't complete request" is displayed.
