Users unable to pay payment links and view the marketing website

Resolved
On December 13th from 6:10 AM UTC to 9:25 AM UTC, a planned configuration change in our infrastructure resulted in users not being able to pay a payment link via the website. We've resolved the issue, however, merchants and customers that tried a payment during this time frame might still be unable to see the page until their cache has cleared.

The issue with Payment Links has been ongoing for a small subset of users due to the DNS caching for a few more hours. A solution for that is to turn your device off and on again if you are still experiencing issues.

During the same time frame, some users were unable to access SumUp's marketing website due to the same issue. We've resolved this issue as well.
